Whenever I want to feel comforted, give my gut a boost to help it do it's job, recover from a long work out, or just pull a meal out of the fridge quickly, I grab these flavors and thrown them in broth. The beef has 16.2 grams of protein per cup (DAMN GINA), but any flavor of Lily's Ladle broth would be perfect with this combo:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Lily's Ladle Beef Bone Broth
1 heaping teaspoon of grated ginger (keeping ginger in the freezer makes this easy)
1 clove garlic, pressed
splash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or your favorite soy sauce)
squeeze of lime
garnish with cilantro
sprinkle with salt (to your taste)
Just warm the broth on the stove and combine these things with it. Then pour into a mug and have it now, or take it with you and sip through your day.
