There are times when I just want to pour bone broth over things in a bowl and call it dinner. So here we are. Warm up some broth, make some noodles and put your leftovers in a bowl. What do you like to mix into your broth? We do soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. Adults add sriracha!! It's elegant. It's ramen. It's Elegant Ramen.
Time: 10 mins with pre cooked ingredients
Yield: 4 dinner servings
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
4 servings of noodles, cooked
1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
1 bunch cooked greens
2 hardboiled eggs
1 carrot, sliced thin
1 cup edamame, cooked
Mix in flavor suggestions: soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, cilantro, etc
METHOD
1. Warm bone broth and water together in a pot.
2. Make the noodles and strain.
3. Slice the cooked protein and veggies
4. Add ingredients to bowls in bunches. Pour hot broth over the ingredients to cover. Serve with mix in ideas and let people mix their own. Enjoy!
